It is with pleasure that I announce that Transparent Packaging Industries Inc. has acquired the assets of Sicht-Pack Hagner’s Canadian plastic box manufacturing facility. Sicht-Pack Hagner was Canada’s largest manufacturer of plastic folding cartons, working with PET, PVC, and Polypropylene

Combining one of the plastic folding carton industries best manufacturing facilities and its top notch team in Montreal, with the great team in the sister company in Hamilton, manufacturing plastic folding cartons, thermoforming, and providing contract packaging services, will allow us to provide even greater service to the clients of both companies.

Previous Sicht-Pack clients can now source additional products such as thermoformed trays, clamshells and contract packaging with us. Clients of both previous companies will enjoy the added flexibility of the ability to produce out of either plant based on the production capacities to achieve the best turnaround, price, and overall service.
