What is your minimum order size? 

Typically our minimum order quantity is around 3000 pieces. Depending on the request, this can be flexible.

I have an idea for a plastic package but I don’t see it on your website, will you still work with me? 

Absolutely! We pride ourselves on customer service and package design ingenuity, we would love to work with you!

Do you have in stock sizes of clear boxes?

Almost all of our clear boxes are custom made to our clients’ specifications. Occasionally we have “overruns” that may meet the needs of some clients. We do stock some DVD and CD point of purchase displays.

Do you make acetate boxes? 

Acetate is a term that is still used to describe clear boxes, but acetate is not typically used as the material of choice. Acetate box is actually an incorrect term; the materials used in today’s clear folding cartons are actually PET, RPET, PVC and PP.

What material thickness of PET, PVC, PE and PP are you able to work with?

We are able to convert from 0.008″ up to 0.025″ for PET and PVC clear folding cartons. Our capabilities for PE and PP range from 0.014″ to 0.035″ thick.

What is PET?

PET stands for Polyethylene Terephthalate. It is a highly recycled polymer and is the same material that your standard water bottle is manufactured from. It is known for its durability and glass-like clarity. If you are looking for an acetate box, chances are that these days it is made from PET. PET is also referred to as A-PET. The “A” means amorphous.

What is R-PET or PCR-PET?

RPET is Recycled Polyethylene Terephthalate and PCR-PET is Post-Consumer Recycled Polyethylene Terephthalate. RPET means that there is recycled content in the material; the recycled content is typically post industrial from the manufacturing process. PCR-PET means that the recycled content came from PET that has been used by the consumer, and then recycled. Essentially, turning water bottles into clear boxes!

What is TerraPETTM?

TerraPETTM is PET which is made from up to 30% sugar cane, a renewable resource.

Are the clear boxes made in North America?

Yes, all converting of our material into your boxes is done in North America. Even the material we use is made here!

What printing and decorating methods do you use on the plastic folding cartons? 

We have the capability to provide you with various forms of printing on your clear box, be it offset, silkscreen or screen printing, foil stamping or embossing. With clear packaging your options for decorating are almost endless! You can decorate with a more traditional opaque look or even add flavor with translucent colors! If you really want to get noticed, we can add a fragrance to you clear folding carton!
